63rd Annual General Meeting

October 8, 2019

We are pleased to let you know that our 63rd AGM is planned for November 2nd, 2019 from 1:30 – 3:00 pm. We will be gathering at the Unitarian Church 949 West 49th Avenue in Vancouver. We will have the usual slate of motions; the call to order, adoption of agenda, Minutes of last AGM, President’s Report, Executive Director’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, Nomination Committee Report followed by any new business.

This AGM will feature a panel discussion on the topic of  What Do I Do Next?  What are the steps you take as a member of the society when death does come knocking? The second piece of the panel discussion  will focus on the benefits of planning for the end of our life well in advance. The panel members all have personal experience in this area and will discuss our All Ready to Go Binder. There will be ample opportunity for questions and answers.

Light snacks will be served and you will have time to mingle with our staff and board team.
