2026 Annual General Meeting Notice

The Board of Directors of the Memorial Society of BC would like to extend an invitation to its members to attend our 70th Annual General Meeting.

Saturday, November 21st, 2026
1:00 – 2:30 pm
Hewlett Hall, Vancouver Unitarians Complex
949 West 49th Ave, Vancouver

Presentation:  Celebrating 70 Years of Advocacy for British Columbians

  1. Looking Back Over 70 Years – MSBC Vice President Gordon Plottell
  2. Reflections from a Funeral Provider Partner – Tyrell Burton, Society’s First Alternative Services

Members will have the option to attend in person or online through zoom.

Please Register by Friday, November 13th
If you wish to attend the AGM, email assistant@memorialsocietybc.org with the subject line “AGM Registration” and indicate whether you wish to attend in person or through zoom.

Once your membership is confirmed, we will email you a meeting information package prior to November 21st.
